From apprentice to general manager
Harald Sadleder started with Greiner Extrusion at an early age with an apprenticeship. After 3 years, he set off to the Greiner Extrusion site in Shanghai for the first time to train the Chinese tooling technicians. He returned to China a few years later as production manager to become general manager shortly afterwards. The next challenge was already awaiting him in the Czech Republic, where Harald Sadleder became a production technician for Greiner Extrusion's subsidiary GPN. 2 years later, he would take on the position as head of production at GPN in Austria. He has been GPN’s general manager since 2019.

It is fun to work at GPN because consideration among colleagues, reliability, trustworthy handshake deals and team spirit are values that we live by.

Oliver Schürrer started his career at Greiner Extrusion as a toolmaker and lathe operator. A few years passed and he decided to become a process engineer, followed by a stint abroad. For 3 years, he was technical division manager in England and responsible for the new tooling division. Back in Austria, he changed from his position as after-sales services manager to head of after-sales services. He has been general manager with Greiner Extrusion in Shanghai since 2015.

What I appreciate about Greiner is the growth opportunities it offers its employees as well as the extremely good cooperation with colleagues – even across locations and divisions.
