Current information about the coronavirus

In view of the global effects and the rapid spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 in many countries, we would like to inform you about the necessary steps to be taken at Exelliq.
Currently, our production sites in Austria, the Czech Republic, France, China and the USA are in operation. There is no case of corona at Exelliq as of today, 17th of March 2020.
On the 12th of March, however, the Austrian government decided to raise the safety level to 4 out of 6 for numerous countries. As a result, the Austrian Foreign Ministry also strongly advised against all travel. Air traffic for Austria is being dramatically restricted at the moment. Simultaneously, other countries such as Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark or the USA have tightened entry requirements or closed their borders.
In order to protect you and our employees in the best possible way, we at Exelliq are therefore refraining from business trips by Exelliq employees with immediate effect. Exelliq gives top priority to the health of everyone.
Together with the Exelliq Corona crisis management team the current situation is permanently analysed and continuously reassessed.
To ensure handling your orders in the best possible way despite this exceptional situation and in compliance with the required protective measures, we have taken the following measures, among others:
- Observance of strict hygiene measures in the company
- Tele working of many employees during normal office hours, available on the known mobile phone numbers, on Skype and via email
- Flexible and staggered operating times in the production areas
- Usual availability of our Service Hotline at +43 50541 41618
We will be happy to discuss any questions in connection with tuning services for tools or assembly and commissioning of machines in detail with you. For this purpose, we kindly ask you to contact your sales manager.
